Shoot Shots Sloe Gin - Raisthorpe Manor's Sloe Gin is produced using traditional methods and is a brilliant, sophisticated and complex Sloe Gin. The sloes are grown on our own estate, handpicked, then steeped in London Gin and sugar and left for six to eight months to mature.
With an exciting bitterness and fruit flavour from the sloes, it is ideal with Champagne, sparkling white wine or simply by itself. Perfect in hip flasks and as an after dinner drink, or sat round an open fire on those cold winter nights!

Stirrup Cup Special Port - A fine ruby Port aged to maturity in oak barrels to produce spicy, fruit-filled flavours and a rich, complex drink. Ideal as an after-dinner drink or as a partner to rich chocolate puddings or mature cheeses, Raisthorpe's Special Port is a full bodied ruby port.

Game Keepers Whisky - A unique flavour, Raisthorpe's blended Scottish whisky is made from a selected blend of fine malt and grain whiskies. Matured in selected oak casks for a richer flavour, the blend is rich, spiced and nutty. A fine blended whisky.

Raspberry Gin Jam - unique to Raisthorpe Manor and made with the finest locally produced raspberries wherever possible. The raspberries are steeped in London Gin and sugar then made into our delicious gin jam.
This great tasting Raspberry Gin Jam is wonderful on scones and sponge cakes or as a great start to the day on your toast - the perfect breakfast preserve!

Rhubarb Gin Jam - A delicious new addition to the range of Raisthorpe preserves our Rhubarb Gin Jam is made from Rhubarb steeped in London Gin and sugar. A delicious treat on toast at breakfast or delicious on scones.
Ingredients: Sugar, Rhubarb (42%), Liqueur (3%), Lemon Juice (from concentrate). Gelling Agent: Pectin, Citric Acid. No Gluten containing ingredients. Prepared with 43g fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 69g per 100g
Damson Gin Jam - is unique to Raisthorpe Manor and made with the finest locally produced damsons wherever possible. A delightfully fruity jam!
The damsons are handpicked at the optimum ripeness to capture the best natural sweetness. They are then steeped in London Gin for six months before being made into this smooth, fruity jam. The result is a deliciously deep damson colour, with a distinct taste of damsons and that extra special lift of gin!
Our Damson Gin Jam is ideal in sponge cakes, scones and is a delight on your toast, a perfect alternative breakfast preserve!

Orange Liqueur Jam - Made with fresh oranges, sugar and orange liqueur this marmalade really gets your taste buds tingling. Not too sweet, the orange aroma is perfect, with just a slight bitterness. This marmalade is perfect on your morning toast!
