Cocktails


MALTON MUDDLE

Ingredients

25ml Raisthorpe Damson Port Liqueur
25ml Armagnac
25ml Rum

Method

Dissolve 2tsp caster sugar in water at the bottom of a tall glass and muddle with a handful of fresh mint leaves. Fill with crushed ice and add your Raisthorpe Damson Port, Armagnac and rum. Pour into another glass and pour back again until everything is mixed (or use a shaker), and decorate with fresh mint leaves.


FIRST PORT OF CALL

Ingredients

50ml Bourbon
25ml Raisthorpe Damson Port Liqueur
1 bar spoon of Yorkshire Wolds Bees honey
Dash of Angostura bitters

Method

Combine the bourbon, Raisthorpe Damson Port, honey and bitters in a shaker filled with ice. Pour into martini glasses and garnish with a twirl of lemon zest.


DAMSON GOOD FIZZ

Ingredients

25ml Raisthorpe Damson Port Liqueur (chilled)
50ml Sparkling Rosé

Method

Fill a tumbler with ice and drizzle over your Raisthorpe Damson Port. Top up with rose fizz.


WOLDS WASSAIL

Ingredients

50ml Raisthorpe Damson Port Liqueur
15ml Sugar syrup
75ml Boiling water

Method

Combine the first three ingredients in a shaker and pour into a tall glass with the boiling water. Stir and add a touch of spice, if desired, such as a grating of ginger or nutmeg and decorate with orange peel.


COUNTRY COBBLER

Ingredients

20ml Vodka
60ml Raisthorpe Damson Port Liqueur
A small handful of Blackberries
1tsp caster sugar
2 slices of Orange

Method

Fill a shaker with ice and add your ingredients, shaking vigorously. Strain over a wine glass and garnish with seasonal berries.


SLOE SEDUCTION

Method

Mix 100ml Pomegranate juice with one 35cl bottle of Raisthorpe Sloe Port Liqueur and 100ml of lemonade. Serve over ice and add more lemonade or pomegranate to taste.


SLOE MANHATTAN

Method

Mix a shot of Raisthorpe Sloe Gold Whisky with sweet red vermouth and a dash of Angostura bitters. Serve in a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a cherry.


RHUBARB & STRAWBERRY SLIPPER

Ingredients

1 part Raisthorpe Rhubarb Gin Liqueur
1 part Crème de Frais de Bois

Method

Mix well and garnish with Strawberry.


RHUBARB SPARKLE

Ingredients

2 shots of Raisthorpe Rhubarb Gin Liqueur
1 shot Crème de Frais de Bois

Method

Top up with Champagne and garnish with Strawberry.


RHUBARB GIN LIQUEUR

Method

Raisthorpe Rhubarb Gin Liqueur is also delicious mixed with Ginger Ale or Elderberry Champagne.

 


GOOSEBERRY COMFORT

Ingredients

1 part Raisthorpe Gooseberry Gin Liqueur
1 part Southern Comfort


BUBBLY GOOSEBERRY

Ingredients

2 shots of Raisthorpe Gooseberry Gin Liqueur
Top up with Elderberry Champagne

Method

Garnish with Elderberries


9CT Shimmering Vodka Cocktails


SHIMMERING TOFFEE

Ingredients

30ml Raisthorpe 9ct Toffee/Caramel Shimmering Vodka Liqueur
Champagne/Prosecco

Method

Pour vodka into a Champagne flute or Martini glass and top up with Champagne/Prosecco.


WINTER NIGHTCAP

Ingredients

30ml Raisthorpe 9ct Toffee/Caramel Shimmering Vodka Liqueur
20ml Gamekeepers Finest Whisky

Method

Pour ingredients into a rocks glass and stir.


SCREWDRIVER

Ingredients

50ml Raisthorpe 9ct Toffee/Caramel Shimmering Vodka Liqueur
Top up with orange juice.

Method

Pour all ingredients into a highball glass over cubed ice. Garnish with Orange wedge.


TOFFEE FIZZ

Ingredients

25ml Raisthorpe 9ct Toffee/Caramel Shimmering Vodka Liqueur
25ml Vodka
Top up with Coke

Method

Pour Vodka and Toffee Vodka into a glass over cubed ice. Top up with Coke and garnish with slices of Lime.


DARK TOFFEE

Ingredients

30ml Raisthorpe 9ct Toffee/Caramel Shimmering Vodka Liqueur
20ml Dark Rum
Top up Ginger Beer
Squeeze of lime

Method

Pour Toffee Vodka and Rum into a sling glass and fill with cubed ice. Squeeze in Lime and top up with Ginger Beer – garnish with Lemon and Lime slices.


SPARKLY ESPRESSO

Method

In a tall coffee glass mix one measure Brandy with one and a half measures Raisthorpe 9ct Toffee/Caramel Shimmering Vodka Liqueur and a half measure of Kahlua, fill to the top with warm espresso coffee. Sprinkle with a little cocoa powder and indulge!


TWINKLING TODDY

Method

Pour 3 litres of Cider into a pan with a sprinkling of whole cloves, all spice, cinnamon, grated nutmeg and salt to taste and bring to the boil. Simmer for 15 minutes and while still hot carefully pour into a large bowl , add orange slices, 350ml of 9ct Blood Orange Shimmering Vodka Liqueur and a little sugar to taste. Ladle into party cups and garnish with Orange slices.


AVOCADO-TINI

Method

Mash 1tsp of Avocado with a little limejuice and add to a shaker with 100ml 9ct Blood Orange Shimmering Vodka Liqueur. Strain the liquid over a Martini glass and top up with soda water


HOT SHOT

Method

Add a nub of finely sliced ginger and a 2cm piece of finely sliced red chilli to a bottle of 9ct Blood Orange Shimmering Vodka Liqueur and allow it to stand for a few days, giving it a good shake now and then. Pour 100ml over ice and top up with Ginger Beer.


YORKSHIRE'S SUMMER SIZZLER

Method

Take a large jug and add a quantity of 9ct Blood Orange Shimmering Vodka, top up with lemonade or ginger beer and garnish with oranges. Share with friends!


GRAND DUCHESS

Ingredients

1/2 a fresh orange
1 1/2 oz Raisthorpe Manor Orange Vodka Liqueur
1 egg white
10ml gomme (sugar syrup)

Method

Cut 1/2 an orange into quarters and muddle with gomme in a mixing tin
Add the egg white and orange vodka
Fill with cubed ice and shake well
Strain into a martini glass
Garnish with a flaming orange zest and serve


FRUTTI TUTTI

Ingredients

4-6 grapes
1 1/2oz Raisthorpe Manor Sloe Gin Liqueur
1oz fresh lemon juice
1oz apple juice
10ml gomme (sugar syrup)

Method

Muddle fresh grapes in a hi ball glass with gomme
Fill the glass with crushed ice
Add Raisethorpe Manor Sloe Gin Liqueur, fresh lemon juice & apple juice
Stir well
Garnish with 2-3 grapes and serve


THE HAVANA

Ingredients

1 lemon grass stick
1 thumb nail square fresh ginger
1 1/2oz Raisthorpe Manor Orange Vodka Liqueur
10ml ginger & lemongrass cordial
1oz lemon juice

Method

Cut 1 lemongrass stick in half
Muddle 1/2 lemongrass stick & the ginger in a short glass
Add cubed ice
Add Raisthorpe Manor Orange Vodka Liqueur, ginger & lemongrass cordial and lemon juice
Stir well
Garnish with the 2nd 1/2 of the lemongrass stick and serve


RASPBERRY REBEL

Ingredients

1/4 fresh mango
1oz Raisthorpe Manor Raspberry Gin Liqueur
1/2oz Spiced Rum
10ml gomme (sugar syrup)
2oz fresh lemon juice

Method

Cut 1/4 fresh mango into squares and muddle with gomme in a mixing tin
Add Raisethorpe Manor Raspberry Gin Liqueur, lemon juice & Spiced Rum
Fill with cubed ice and shake well
Strain into a martini glass and serve with a slice of mango garnish


SOTO REALE

Ingredients

2 fresh Strawberries
1 1/2 Raisthorpe Manor Strawberry Vodka Liqueur
10-15ml gomme (sugar syrup)
2oz fresh lime juice

Method

In a mixing tin, muddle the strawberries with the gomme
Add the fresh lime & Raisethorpe Manor Strarberry Vodka
Fill with cubed ice and shake well
Strain into a Hi Ball glass over ice
Add slices of fresh strawberry as garnish


MUD SLIDE

Ingredients

1oz Raisthorpe Manor's Chocolate WILD Vodka Liqueur
1/2oz Frangelico
1oz single cream
1oz whole milk

Method

Add all ingredients to a mixing tin with cubed ice and shake well
Strain into a chilled martini glass
Garnish with grated milk chocolate & serve
