Sloe Gin Awards

Raisthorpe Manor has been awarded Gold in the Sloe Gin Awards 2011.

The Sloe Gin Awards are awarded following a tasting event involving a small team from Preserve Shop, the independent family company behind the awards.

The tasting event format follows the WSET Systematic Approach to Tasting Spirits and Liqueurs. Using this format, each and every sloe gin is meticulously scrutinized and scored in four areas: appearance, nose, palette and overall quality.
